Professional Service Agreement
By booking our specialized pet care or marine workshops, you're agreeing to the framework outlined below. We believe in transparency. Why? Because clear expectations lead to healthier pets and happier clients.
1. Booking and Cancellations
We've served the New York area for over 12 years. To maintain our high level of dedication, we require significant notice for schedule changes. Cancellations for training or aquarium maintenance visits with less than 48 hours' notice incur a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations? We'll have to charge the full rate.
2. Liability and Safety
While Coral Current Critters takes every precaution, working with animals and complex marine life carries inherent risks. Our team isn't liable for pre-existing pet health conditions or unexpected livestock loss in aquariums not established under our direct supervision. It's a partnership between us and you.
Special Notice for Marine Clients
Aquarium environments are fragile ecosystems. Clients must provide accurate records of water chemistry history before we commence specialized reef care.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt. Workshops must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of New York City courts.
